The Human Rights & Consumer Protection Cell Trust (HRCPC Trust) is a public-interest, non-profit organization established with the objective of contributing to better living standards for senior citizens, youth, women, and children. The Trust seeks to achieve this objective by promoting awareness of rights, encouraging responsible civic engagement, and facilitating coordination—wherever appropriate—with governmental authorities, non-governmental institutions, and recognized bodies working in the fields of medical care, legal assistance, consumer protection, and human rights, strictly within the framework of law.
HRCPC Trust is a relatively young organization, actively engaged in public-interest initiatives across the following key areas:

Any citizen facing human rights violations, consumer fraud, environmental injustice, or corruption.
We provide only limited drafting, documentation, RTI support, and general guidance, strictly based on the limited information shared by the victim. Our team includes professional Advocates who may suggest the appropriate legal pathways; however, for complete, proper, and professional redressal of your matter, you must engage your own Advocate and pay the required professional fee and court fee. HRCPC Trust does not undertake legal representation before any court or forum — we only guide you.
In a few exceptional cases we may assist directly, but in most situations we prepare and share a draft based on the information you provide. We offer guidance and support for filing RTI applications, but the responsibility for submission and follow-up lies entirely with you.
Yes. We have filed several NGT, High Court, and Lokayukta cases with major successes.

Please cross-check the draft and proceed as appropriate.
