We create awareness on consumer disputes, family matters, human-rights violations, RTI, tenant/landlord issues, cheque-bounce recoveries, environmental & NGT complaints, medico-legal / medical-negligence grievances, and basic complaint procedures — and connect underprivileged citizens with independent panel advocates who take up matters on a pro-bono / concessional basis.

Managing Trustee, HRCPC Trust
Thakur Rajkumar Singh, M.A. (Public & Personnel Management – Osmania University), is the Managing Trustee of the Human Rights & Consumer Protection Cell Trust (HRCPC Trust). A public-interest activist working since 2004, he has been actively involved in protecting human rights, consumer rights, environmental justice, and public accountability. He has filed numerous RTIs and public interest matters before the National Green Tribunal, High Courts, and other forums, with special focus on protection of lakes and public resources. He appears as party-in-person and works with a network of advocates across India.
